TPC Comes to Naples

The excitement is brewing! TPC (Tournament Players Club) Treviso Bay is scheduled to open December 2! The course architect is Arthur Hills with Hal Sutton as the Player Consultant. With 5 tee boxes to choose from, the course ranges from 7,174 for Tour Players to 4,895 from the forward, gold tees. It is one of only four PGA/TPC facilities in Florida and 28 in the country.

The course borders the 110,000 acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. It was built to be a walkable course, very unheard of in this area and it will be offering a caddie program as well. The 70,000 clubhouse, Buona Vita Club & Spa, is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2010, and is a membership that is given to every resident. In addition to the on-site amenities, they have an off-site marina that provides access to Naples Bay in just a mere 15 minutes. There will also be a second clubhouse, which is strictly for PGA use

So want to be a member at this amazing new club? Well you have to be a resident of Treviso Bay. They will be capping membership at 385. Resident Golf Memberships are offered at $90,000 and are non-equity memberships. The best news of all is that belonging to this club, Treviso Bay members have privileges at any other TPC Club.

What can you expect from the community? There are 5 builders in the community which offer everything from coach homes, villas and single-family estate homes ranging in price from $650,000 to $5+ million. Later mid-rise condos will be offered, giving a total home count of 1,200.
